This notice describes what the Verakase website itself collects.
Browsing the site
- The site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
- Fonts and other assets are served from this website. No third-party service is contacted when a page loads.
- The site does not set cookies for visitors who are not logged in to WordPress.
- Web servers commonly keep request logs, such as IP address and requested address. Any such logs are governed by the hosting configuration.
The contact form
When you send a message, the name, email address, optional company and role, and message you provide are stored in this website’s database. They are visible only to site administrators. No email is sent automatically and no third-party service is used to process the submission.
To limit abuse, a salted hash of the sending IP address is held in temporary storage for up to one hour. It is not stored with the message.
Your data
Stored messages are included in WordPress’s personal data export and erasure tools, so a request to see or remove them can be fulfilled. To make such a request, use the contact form and state the email address you used.
